Flying to Skardu is quick, but it is weather-dependent. These are the rules we work to, in plain words.

Flight schedule & changes
Flight timings, routes and aircraft are set by the airline. Any delay, rescheduling or cancellation is handled according to the airline's own policy.

Cancelled or rescheduled flights
If a flight is cancelled or rescheduled for weather or operational reasons, we move you to the available options. Any extra cost from that change is payable where applicable.

Baggage allowance
Airline baggage limits apply to every traveller. Excess baggage charges are paid by the traveller at the airport.

CNIC & travel documents
Carry your original CNIC — and B-Form or passport for children. We cannot be responsible for a traveller refused boarding over missing or invalid documents.

Payment
An advance confirms the booking, and the balance is due as agreed before departure. Flight seats are only held once the advance is received.

Package prices
Prices move with airfare, hotel rates and fuel. The quote we send is confirmed in writing and holds once you accept it.

Hotels & accommodation
Hotels are provided in the category you select. If a property is unavailable, we substitute one of equal or higher standard.

Weather & road conditions
The north depends on the weather. If a road closes or conditions turn unsafe, we adjust the itinerary for the safety of the group.

Additional expenses
Costs caused by flight delays, extended stays, road closures or medical emergencies are borne by the traveller.

Personal belongings
Travellers are responsible for their own luggage, cash, phones and cameras. We are not liable for loss or theft.

Health & medical
Tell us in advance about any medical condition or special requirement. In an emergency we arrange basic assistance; medical and evacuation costs are the traveller's.

Respect & conduct
Please respect fellow travellers, local communities and customs. Harassment or serious misconduct ends the trip for that traveller without refund.

Prohibited substances
Carrying or using illegal substances on our trips is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

Photography & privacy
Please do not photograph or record other travellers without their consent.

Itinerary changes
We may reorder sightseeing when weather, road conditions, flight schedules or safety require it — the plan, not the promise, changes.

Force majeure
We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond reasonable control: severe weather, natural disasters, road blockages, flight disruptions or government restrictions.

Your confirmation
Joining a trip confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
